Scotty “Scooter Dog” Allen Hall, 56, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on August 24, 2023. He was born March 14, 1967 in Lafayette, IN to the late William F. Hall and Phyllis Jane Groves Hall. The man could do anything with his hands. He was a jack-of-all-trades. From painting, hanging dry wall and fixing anything that had an engine and wheels: cars as well as motorcycles. He worked as B&C customs, the family business where he painted, sand blasted, and repaired engines. He even drag raced motorcycles professionally for a while.
As well as his family, Scooter Dog loved his rock music, camping, fishing, action movies, playing golf on the X box, the Discovery Chanel as well as the History Chanel, motorcycles, the color dark blue and playing his harmonica whether his family wanted him to or not. He will be greatly missed as a loving father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his daughter, Emily (Brady) Shutes of Lafayette, IN, son, Anthony Warren of Lafayette, IN, IN, brother William E. Hall of Brookston, IN, sister-in-law Karen S. Hall of West Lafayette, IN, niece Amber N. Bates of West Lafayette, IN, nephew David (Myriah) Hall of West Lafayette, IN, great niece Cora Hall of West Lafayette, IN 2 great nephews, John R. Bates of West Lafayette, IN and Cameron Hall also of West Lafayette, IN, cousin and boss
Phillip (Nicole) Brewer and their two children Danielle and Dillon Brewer of West Lafayette, IN, best friend Pete (Maria) Denham and their daughter Ceci of Lafayette, IN and his great fur babies Jack-Jack, Maze, Appa and Salem.
He was preceded in death by his son, William A. Hall, Father William F. Hall, brother, Richard Lee Hall, and sister, Christina J. Randolf, mother, Phyllis J. Ginger and step father Charles E. Ginger. Scooter Dog services will be held at a later date. Tippecanoe Funeral & Cremation Services is honored to assist the family with his arrangements.
