Sharon Ann Conn, 76 of Lafayette passed away at her residence on Monday June 19, 2023. She was
born February 23, 1947 in Oakland City, IN to the late Paul and Anna Mae Felix Whittington. On July 3,
1969 she married Michael Lee Conn. Michael preceded her in death on October 26, 2013. Sharon had
worked in the shoe department at the Hills department store in Lafayette and later worked as a laundry
attendant at Comfort Suites. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, writing in her daily journal and had
enjoyed attending car shows with her husband.
She is survived by her daughter Tricia Conn (Bryan) Baker of Lafayette and her son Steven Conn of
Lafayette. Also surviving are her sisters Jo Elaine Sturgeon (Bob Whitaker) of Chalmers, IN; Loretta
(Richard) Coffman of Lafayette; nephews Christopher (Katie) Whitsitt of Lafayette, Brian (Kirsten)
Whitsitt of Bluffton, IN and Matthew Coffman of Lafayette.
The family will receive friends on June 29, 2023 from 1pm until the time of services at 2pm in the funeral
chapel at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Entombment will follow in the garden wing at the Chapel of
Faith at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
