Richard Lee Hall, 59 of West Lafayette passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2023. He was born October 22, 1963 in Lafayette, IN to the late William F. and Phyllis Jane Groves Hall. Richard was a welder at Rowe Equipment and also a welder in steel manufacturing. He married Karen S. Brockman Hall and she survives.
Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding; but his greatest enjoyment came from his grandchildren.
He is survived by his beloved wife Karen, his daughter Amber Bates of West Lafayette, son David Lee (Myriah K) Hall of West Lafayette and his brothers William E. Hall of Brookston and Scotty A. Hall, niece Emily (Brady) Shutes of Lafayette, Honorary Brother and Best Friend Mike Wilson. Also surviving are his grandchildren John Richard Bates, Cameron Hall and Cora Hall. He was preceded in death by his sister Christina Randolph and his step-father Charles Ginger.
Friends may call from 3 pm Monday July 10, 2023 in the funeral chapel at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens with funeral services at 4 pm with Pastor Kurt Kincanon officiating. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions in memory of Richard may be made to ABATE of Indiana or the American Cancer Society.
